The Huntington Club is a condominium community consisting of 364 garden and townhouse-style units in 10 buildings located on a 19 acre hillside in Fairfax county. Nine of the buildings consist of 4 levels of garden-style condominiums and the tenth is a thirty-six unit, two-story each piggy back condominium style building (often called the "townhouses" even though they are condominiums). Ground-level units feature a patio; upper level units feature a balcony. The Association includes:
- Swimming pool, open during the summer
- Exercise Room and Sauna
- Tennis Courts
- Community Room
- Tot Lot
- On-site Management Office
- On-site Maintenance Facility housing the central plant

History. Originally the Telegraph Hill Apartments, the garden units were completed in 1967; the "townhouses" in 1969. Conversion to a Condominium occurred in 1979. Huntington Club Condominium is managed by a professional property management firm, providing financial services (collection of condominium fees, etc) and a General Manager, overseen by a Board of Directors composed of 11 resident owners. Daily operations are handled by the on-site Management and Maintenance staff. |
