Huntington Club FAQs

Can the office provide keys if I lock myself out?

Yes, the office will provide residents with a valid id a key to their unit in the event that they lock themselves out during office hours. However, after office hours residents will need to call a locksmith.

Does the office have information on units for sale/rent?

No, the on-site office is not a rental office and does not maintain or provide such information. It is the responsibility of individual unit owners to list places for sale/rent. However, many people either post information on the bulletin board between the pool and exercise room (2601 Indian Drive) or on-line in the Classified section. The office staff directs people to check out both of these locations when asked. The association and office is not responsible for information posted by individuals looking to buy, sell or rent units.

Can I rent out my unit?

Yes, a unit owner can lease their condominium, however the association requires a Lease Addendum to be signed and on file with the office. Without this, the office will not provide a parking pass or other services to tenants. See the Lease Addendum in the Resource Centersection for a copy and further details.

Are floor plans or maps available on-line?

Yes, see Resource Center for floor plans and association maps.

How can I submit a complaint about a neighbor or a service request?

Neighbor complaints can be submitted via the CCF form in the resource center under the forms tab. Service requests can be made by completing the common area maintenance request form located in the resource center.

How do I get a Certificate of Insurance for refinancing?

See the Request Insurance Certificate Form in the Resource Centerarea for a copy of the request form and instructions.

How do I get a Condominium Resale Certificate and Documents for selling my unit?

See the Request Resale Certificate and Documentsin the Resource Center area for a copy of the request form and instructions.

I am planning to have plumbing work done in my unit. How do I arrange for the Gas or Water to be turned off?

Submit a Shut Off Request Form (Gas/Water) to the office. Because this impacts some or all units within a building, requests must be made several business days in advance (at least 3 for water and 5 for gas). Note to Renters and Contractors: Only the landlord/unit owner, may submit a request.

What are the 10 buildings?

Huntington Club has 10 residential buildings which are commonly referred to in association documents, notices, board meetings and elections. However, this can be confusing since the buildings are not numbered 1-10 outside. Residents tend to know them by their street address instead, such as 2632 Fort Farnsworth Road, etc.

To determine your building number, look up your unit number (parking space number) below or click on the site plan to see a larger copy:
